INGREDIENTS

FOR THE ROSEMARY SIMPLE SYRUP:
1 LARGE SPRIG OF ROSEMARY
1 CUP OF GRANULATED SUGAR
0.5 CUP OF WATER

FOR THE COCKTAIL:
1.5 OZ MEZCAL CAMPANTE
ROSEMARY SIMPLE SYRUP
3 OZ SODA

1 LIME FRESHLY SQUEEZED

GARNISH: ROSEMARY & LEMON

INSTRUCTIONS


FOR THE ROSEMARY SIMPLE SYRUP:

ADD LEAVES FROM THE ROSEMARY SPRIG, AND WATER IN A POT, AND BRING TO A BOIL. ADD SUGAR, AND STIR UNTIL THE SUGAR IS DISSOLVED. STRAIN THE ROSEMARY LEAVES OUT OF THE MIXTURE, AND ALLOW THE SYRUP TO COOL.

DIRECTIONS FOR THE COCKTAIL:
ADD THE MEZCAL CAMPANTE, ROSEMARY SYRUP, AND LIME JUICE INTO A GLASS WITH ICE. STIR WELL. TOP OFF WITH SODA. GARNISH WITH ROSEMARY.
