On first impression, smoked nuances are perceived, the cooked agave gives aromas of vanilla, chocolate and caramel, light herbal tones such as rosemary, eucalyptus, mint and floral vapors such as lavender and orange blossoms can be distinguished. As the liquid develops, the imprint on the palate is sweet and silky, the fruity aromas decant to citrus, leaving delicate smoky tones in the mouth. It is perfectly balanced.
