1 ½ OZ TIKI SPICED RUM
1 ½ OZ PINEAPPLE JUICE
½ OZ FRESH SQUEEZED LIME JUICE
½ OZ ORGEAT SYRUP
5 DASHES OF ANGOSTURA AROMATIC BITTERS
GRENADINE
½ PASSION FRUIT
FOR GARNISH: THE OTHER HALF OF THE PASSION FRUIT
INSTRUCTIONS
FILL A SHAKER WITH ICE CUBES, AND ADD THE MEZCAL CAMPANTE, TIKI SPICED RUM, PINEAPPLE JUICE, LIME JUICE, ORGEAT SYRUP, ½ OF THE PASSION FRUIT, AND THE ANGOSTURA
BITTERS. SHAKE WELL, AND DOUBLE STRAIN INTO A GLASS FILLED WITH CRUSHED ICE. ADD A SPLASH OF GRENADINE ON TOP OF THE DRINK. PLACE THE OTHER HALF OF THE PASSION FRUIT ON TOP OF THE COCKTAIL TO GARNISH.
