INGREDIENTS

FOR THE ROSEMARY SIMPLE SYRUP:
1 LARGE SPRIG OF ROSEMARY
1 CUP OF GRANULATED SUGAR
½ CUP OF WATER

FOR THE COCKTAIL:
1 ½ OZ OF MEZCAL CAMPANTE ROSEMARY SIMPLE SYRUP
3 OZ OF SODA 1 LIME, FRESHLY SQUEEZED

FOR GARNISH: 1 SPRIG OF ROSEMARY

INSTRUCTIONS

DIRECTIONS FOR THE SYRUP

FOR THE ROSEMARY SIMPLE SYRUP: ADD LEAVES FROM THE ROSEMARY SPRIG, AND WATER IN A POT, AND BRING TO A BOIL. ADD SUGAR, AND STIR UNTIL THE SUGAR IS DISSOLVED. STRAIN THE ROSEMARY LEAVES OUT OF THE MIXTURE, AND ALLOW THE SYRUP TO COOL.

DIRECTIONS FOR THE COCKTAIL
 ADD THE CAMPANTE MEZCAL, ROSEMARY SYRUP, AND LIME JUICE INTO A SHAKER WITH ICE, AND SHAKE. POUR THE MIXTURE INTO A GLASS FILLED WITH ICE AND TOP OFF WITH SODA. FOR GARNISH, ADD A SPRIG OF ROSEMARY.
