1 ½ OZ MEZCAL CAMPANTE
1 ½ OZ LIME JUICE
1 ½ OZ SIMPLE OR AGAVE SYRUP
1 OZ OF EGG WHITE
ADD A FEW DROPS OF ANGOSTURA BITTERS
FOR GARNISH: A LIME TWIST, AND CORIANDER LEAVES
INSTRUCTIONS
COMBINE THE MEZCAL CAMPANTE, EGG WHITE, SYRUP AND LIME JUICE IN A COCKTAIL SHAKER, AND SHAKE. ADD ICE, AND CONTINUE SHAKING. STRAIN INTO A CHILLED GLASS. ADD A FEW BITTERS, A TWIST OF LIME, AND SOME CORIANDER LEAVES (OPTIONAL)
