2 OZ MEZCAL CAMPANTE
½ OZ FRESH LIME JUICE
½ OZ FRESH GINGER JUICE
1 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP OR AGAVE SYRUP
1 ½ OZ SPARKLING WATER
FOR GARNISH: 1 SPRIG OF MINT AND A SLICE OF LIME
INSTRUCTIONS
ADD THE MEZCAL CAMPANTE, LIME JUICE, GINGER JUICE AND SYRUP INTO A SHAKER, AND SHAKE. STRAIN INTO A GLASS WITH ICE, AND TOP UP WITH SPARKLING WATER. ADD 1 SPRIG OF MINT, AND A SLICE OF LIME
TO GARNISH.
PREFERRED GLASS: A COPPER GLASS OR A DELMONICO GLASS
