2 oz FRESH PINEAPPLE JUICE
1/2 oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
1/2 oz FRESHLY JUICED GINGER SWEET ELIXIR
MUDDLED JALEPEÑO
INSTRUCTIONS
GLASS DIPPED IN ORGANIC HONEY, THEN DIPPED IN CAMPANTE WARM TABLE SALT BLEND AND GARNISHED WITH A DEHYDRATED PINEAPPLE FLOWER. MUDDLE THE JALAPEÑO IN THE SHAKER. ADD MEZCAL CAMPANTE, FRESH PINEAPPLE JUICE, LEMON JUICE AND GINGER ELIXIR. ADD ICE AND SHAKE UNTIL CHILLED. POUR OVER ICE INTO RIMMED GLASS. GARNISH AS DESIRED.
