1.5 OZ MEZCAL CAMPANTE
1 OZ FRESH LEMON JUICE
0.75 OZ ROOT 23 GRAPEFRUIT BASIL SYRUP
0.75 OZ APEROL
2 DROPPERS BITTERMENS TIKI BITTERS
TOP WITH GRAPEFRUIT SODA WATER
FOR GARNISH:
FENNEL TANG MEZSAL SALT BLEND + DEHYDRATED LEMON WHEEL
INSTRUCTIONS
TO PREPARE THE GLASS, BRUSH A STROKE OF HONEY ACROSS YOUR STEMMED GLASS. DUST WITH THE FENNEL TANG MEZSAL SALT.
IN AN ICE FILLED SHAKER ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE SODA. SHAKE WELL AND STRAIN INTO THE STEMMED GLASS. SLOWLY ADD THE SODA TO TOP, AND PLACE A DEHYDRATED LEMON WHEEL ON THE EDGE OF THE GLASS.
